汇量科技(01860.HK)公布年度业绩 Mintgral业务收入大增105.4%
格隆汇3月31日丨汇量科技(01860.HK)发布公告，截至2020年12月31日止年度，公司营业收入同比增长3.2%至5.16亿美元，其中Mintgral业务收入同比上升105.4%至3.06亿美元
报告期内，集团加速向以Mintegral平台为核心的程序化业务转型，主动收缩并将逐渐退出Nativex平台中的媒体代理业务及部分非程序化广告业务。同时，受益于集团转型战略、Mintegral平台的规模效应和平台效应逐渐增强等因素，该平台的客户留存率继续维持较高水平，来自留存客户的平均收入提升较快，且新增客户数量进一步增长，共同使得Mintegral平台收入同比大幅增长。
流量方面，报告期末，Mintegral平台流量开发者数量达到5,071，较2020年上半年增长21.5%，留存率达78.0%（2020年上半年度：91.6%），该下降系事件造成的短期影响；同时，触达移动流量39,000余个，较2020年上半年增长18.2%。
报告期内，GA整体实现收入13.1万美元。此外，GA及其扩展的SaaS工具和服务产品系列在美国iOS排名前100款游戏中的平均市场份额超过40%，达到了一个新的高峰。平台覆盖度方面，GA的合作游戏工作室数量为6,500，同比上升36%，合作游戏开发者数量为95,000，环比2020H1上升18.75%，覆盖的活跃游戏数量为97,500，覆盖的月度活跃玩家(MAU)数量为19.4亿，覆盖的总体游戏玩家数上升30%。GA数据的广泛覆盖与高颗粒度使得其数据分析服务深受游戏开发者的信任和依赖。
公司表示，公司将推出以下战略举措包括：1.广告技术业务向以Mintegral为核心的程序化广告业务转型；2.坚持研发投入和产品创新，打造SaaS工具生态；3.坚持全球化战略；4.坚持拓展全球优质流量资源；5.战略收购以加快SaaS工具矩阵生态系统的搭建；6.坚持数据和隐私保护。
