2021年3月30日，清科創業(01945.HK)發佈2020年度業績公吿。2020年清科創業實現扣除非經常性損益淨利潤人民幣5017萬元，同比增長近30%。隨着中國經濟的強勁復甦和股權投資行業的持續發力，2020年清科創業延續高速增長態勢，收入、毛利及利潤均實現一定幅度增加。
報吿期內，隨着國內疫情的有效控制，以及股權投資行業退出潮的持續發力，清科創業營銷服務、數據服務、培訓服務、諮詢服務持續向好，實現了各版塊的聯動穩定增長。報吿期內，公司營業收入增長7%，收入超1.78億元；扣非後的淨利潤亦得到迅速攀升，增幅較上年約30%。基於公司2020年度各主要業務板塊的經營業績和公司管理層對業績的評估與展望，公司2020年度並無任何或有負債。
2020年，清科創業繼續大力推進基於豐富數據為基礎的股權投資數據庫，憑藉着二十年來為客户提供數據服務的紮實經驗，推出了大數據分析及人工智能相結合的海外版“PEdata”，實現了股權投資數據庫的出海計劃。PEdata主要為海外新興市場提供本地化的數據資源，使公司的數據覆蓋面擴大，促進客户類型更加多元化發展，業務模式及單位數據使用率得以進一步提升。基於股權投資服務行業需求的強勁增長，清科創業深度融合數據、技術、產品和內容，將推動線上線下標準化產品與定製化服務相結合，實現閉環打通，成為清科創業新一輪增長週期的重要動力。
