中國中車(01766.HK)與中車集團訂立新產品和服務互供框架協議
格隆匯3月30日丨中國中車(01766.HK)公佈，於2021年3月30日，公司與中車集團訂立新產品和服務互供框架協議，該協議的有效期限自2022年1月1日起至2024年12月31日止。公司預計，於新產品和服務互供框架協議項下：(i)中車集團及╱或其聯繫人就集團供應產品及提供服務擬支付的金額於截至2024年12月31日止三個年度各年的年度上限將分別為人民幣8,000百萬元、人民幣8,000百萬元及人民幣8,000百萬元；及(ii)集團就中車集團及╱或其聯繫人供應產品及提供服務擬支付的金額於截至2024年12月31日止三個年度各年的年度上限將分別為人民幣4,000百萬元、人民幣4,000百萬元及人民幣4,000百萬元。
於2021年3月30日，公司與中車集團訂立新房屋租賃框架協議，該協議的有效期限自2022年1月1日起至2024年12月31日止。公司預計，於新房屋租賃框架協議項下：(i)集團就向中車集團及╱或其聯繫人租入房屋的交易於截至2024年12月31日止三個年度各年的年度上限分別為人民幣800百萬元、人民幣1,000百萬元及人民幣1,500百萬元；及(ii)中車集團及╱或其聯繫人就向集團租入房屋擬支付的金額於截至2024年12月31日止三個年度各年的年度上限分別為人民幣200百萬元、人民幣200百萬元及人民幣200百萬元。
同日，財務公司與中車集團訂立新金融服務框架協議，該協議的有效期限自2022年1月1日起至2024年12月31日止。公司預計，於新金融服務框架協議項下：(i)財務公司向中車集團及╱或其聯繫人提供存款服務於截至2024年12月31日止三個年度各年的每日最高本幣及外幣存款餘額（含應計利息）將分別為摺合人民幣200億元、摺合人民幣210億元及摺合人民幣220億元；(ii)財務公司向中車集團及╱或其聯繫人提供信貸服務於截至2024年12月31日止三個年度各年的每日最高本幣及外幣信貸餘額（含應計利息）將分別為摺合人民幣150億元、摺合人民幣160億元及摺合人民幣170億元；及(iii)財務公司向中車集團及╱或其聯繫人提供其他金融服務每年所收取的本幣及外幣服務費用於截至2024年12月31日止三個年度各年的年度上限將分別為摺合人民幣0.22億元、摺合人民幣0.23億元及摺合人民幣0.24億元。
