格隆匯 3 月 30日丨銀城國際控股(01902.HK)發佈截至2020年12月31日止年度的全年業績公吿，2020年收益約為人民幣106.796億元，同比增加約17.5%；毛利約為人民幣11.574億元，2020年毛利率約為10.8%；母公司擁有人應占溢利約為人民幣1.826億元，同比增加約21.5%；每股盈利約為人民幣0.13元；董事會建議派付末期股息每股0.0306港元。
2020年合約銷售金額約為人民幣232.083億元，較2019年增加約17.1%；2020年合約銷售建築面積約為115.32萬平方米，較2019年增加約2.1%。於2020年12月31日，集團擁有位於中國10個城市的49個項目，其中33個項目由集團所開發及擁有，餘下16個項目由集團的合營企業及聯營公司開發及擁有。於2020年12月31日，集團擁有估計總建築面積約598.81萬平方米的土地儲備，其中集團應占權益的土地儲備面積約478.27萬平方米。
