周大生(002867.SZ)2020年淨利微增2.21%至10.13億元 擬10轉5派6元
格隆匯3月30日丨周大生(002867.SZ)披露2020年年度報吿，報吿期內，公司實現營業收入50.84億元，同比下降6.53%，在一季度受新冠疫情影響大幅下降的情況下，公司經營業務自疫情趨緩後逐步恢復常態，其中：2020年下半年實現營業收入34.11億元，較上年同期增長11.84%；實現營業利潤13.09億元，同比增長4.09%，實現歸屬上市公司的淨利潤10.13億元，同比增長2.21%，主要由於公司收入結構變化、盈利水平提升等因素影響所致；年報推10轉5派現金紅利6元(含税)。
報吿期，新冠疫情對珠寶首飾行業影響明顯，公司自營及加盟渠道的線下門店銷售業務同比均有所下降，對以一二線城市百貨商場門店為主的自營門店銷售影響尤為明顯，同時，消費者行為習慣的變化也使得電商業務的得以快速發展，疫情因素在一定程度上促進了收入結構的改變。報吿期，加盟業務營業收入32.02億元，同比下降11.56%；自營線下業務營業收入7.2億元，同比下降34.26%；自營線上(電商)業務營業收入9.71億元，繼續保持較快增長，同比增長93.9%。以產品類別劃分，受益於金價上漲及電商銷售增長因素，報吿期素金類產品營業收入16.75億元，同比增長5.7%，疫情因素對鑲嵌產品門店銷售衝擊較為明顯，報吿期鑲嵌類產品營業收入22.09億元，同比下降26.35%。
報吿期末公司資產總額66.56億元，較報吿期初增長12.39%，主要由於經營業績增長使得貨幣資金等流動性資產增加所致；負債總額12.66億元，較報吿期初下降7.37%，歸屬於母公司的股東權益總額53.86億元，較報吿期初增長14.34%，報吿期末資產負債率為19.01%，流動比率為3.84，加權平均淨資產收益為20.15%，公司資產結構持續優化，盈利能力持續穩定，經營資金充足，流動性較強，財務狀況整體良好。
