中國石化AH齊漲 發盈喜且購母公司資產
格隆匯3月29日丨中國石油化工股份(0386.HK)高開高走,現漲幅擴大至逾5%;中國石化(600028.SH)亦漲逾2%。中國石化公佈,經初步測算,按照中國企業會計準則,公司2021年一季度歸屬於母公司股東的淨利潤預計人民幣160億元到180億元,較2020年同期預計將實現扭虧為盈,較2019年同期預計將增加8.1%到21.6%。此外,中國石化還向母企購五個資產,中石化表示,有關交易有利於提升一體化營運水平,實現資源改善配置,整體上減少關連交易,加強該公司於業務所在地的綜合競爭力。
