京東方精電(00710.HK)年度純利大增170%至6860萬港元 末期息5港仙
格隆匯 3 月 27日丨京東方精電(00710.HK)公佈截至2020年12月31日止年度業績，回顧年度內，集團錄得收益45.27億港元，較2019年增加27%。集團的利息、税項、折舊及攤銷前利潤(EBITDA1)為2.16億港元，較去年同期上升30%；股東應占溢利錄得6860萬港元，較2019年增加174%，擬派末期息每股5.0港仙，全年派息比率為54%。
截至2020年12月31日止，集團錄得現金及定期存款結餘16.35億港元，2019年末時集團則錄得15.46億港元。於2020年及2019年12月31日本集團並無任何銀行貸款。年內，集團的現金狀況保持良好。
對於集團而言，2020年是充滿挑戰又令人振奮的一年。年初爆發的COVID-19疫情給全球經濟帶來前所未有的挑戰。由於各國，尤其是廠房所處的中國實施的封鎖措施，集團的業務及營運在2020年初受到影響。生產暫停，且供應鏈及交付亦受到影響。歐洲、美洲及中國的銷售訂單交付及客户情緒受到負面影響。自疫情開始以來，集團已採取果斷措施，以確保全球員工的健康及安全，並及時應對不斷變化的市場及供應鏈狀況。自2020年第二季度以來，中國的COVID-19疫情狀況一直在改善。中國的封鎖措施已逐步放鬆，商業活動開始恢復正常。這一情況刺激了客户情緒，致使本集團中國汽車業務的銷售訂單激增，該勢頭在整個年度餘下期間內一直持續。年內，集團能夠作出積極反應以應對挑戰，並把握增長中的中國市場機會。對於歐洲及美洲等其他地區，疫情仍在阻礙商業活動，從而妨礙當地經濟的發展。
與去年同期相比，2020年的整體營業額增加27%。年內，公司的薄膜電晶體("TFT")模組業務及觸控屏顯示模組業務繼續取得顯着增長，主要由於中國、韓國及日本的汽車客户逐步開始批量生產新產品所致。年內，集團TFT模組業務及觸控屏顯示模組業務佔集團收益逾75%，而單色顯示屏業務的收益有所減少。
回顧年度內，利息、税項、折舊及攤銷前利潤(EBITDA)已由1.66億港元增加30%至2.16億港元，主要由於營業額增加令毛利增加，以及集團實施的成本優化及效率管理措施導致營運費用減少所致。因此，股東應占溢利由2019年的2500萬港元大幅增加約170%至2020年的6860萬港元。
