康希諾生物-B(06185.HK)2020年度營收達1854.4萬元，正為13個疾病領域研發16種在研疫苗
格隆匯 3 月 27日丨康希諾生物-B(06185.HK)公佈截至2020年12月31日止年度業績，2020年度，公司收入為人民幣1854.4萬元，去年同期收入為零；年內虧損為人民幣3.97億元，同比擴大153.01%；每股虧損為人民幣1.72元。
公司正為13個疾病領域研發16種在研疫苗。於2021年2月，公司的Ad5-nCoV已獲墨西哥聯邦衞生風險防護委員會及巴基斯坦藥品監督管理局的緊急使用授權，並獲國家藥監局於中國大陸的附條件上市許可。於2021年3月，公司的Ad5-nCoV已獲得匈牙利國家藥品與營養研究所(OGYéI)的緊急使用授權。除了公司的Ad5-nCoV及預防腦膜炎球菌感染及埃博拉病毒疫病的三項臨近商業化疫苗產品之外，公司有六種在研疫苗處於臨牀試驗階段或臨牀試驗申請階段。公司亦有六種臨牀前在研疫苗，包括一種在研聯合疫苗。迄今為止，除Ad5-nCoV外，公司尚未將任何其他產品商業化，公司亦無法保證我們將能夠成功研發及商業化公司的在研疫苗。
於報吿期內及直至公吿日期，集團的產品線取得以下重大進展：
● Ad5-nCoV的臨牀試驗、軍隊特需藥品批件、緊急使用授權及附條件上市許可
Ad5-nCoV為由公司與軍科院生物工程研究所聯合開發的一款疫苗。於2020年3月，Ad5-nCoV已經通過了臨牀研究註冊審評，獲批進入臨牀試驗。於2020年4月12日，根據Ad5-nCoV的I期臨牀試驗的初步安全數據，啟動了Ad5-nCoV的II期臨牀試驗。於2020年5月22日，Ad5-nCoV臨牀試驗I期的研究結果已發表於"柳葉刀"。於2020年7月20日，Ad5-nCoV臨牀試驗II期的研究結果已發表於"柳葉刀"。
於2020年6月25日，公司已獲得中央軍委後勤保障部衞生局頒發的軍隊特需藥品批件，有效期一年。
於2020年8月11日，公司收到授予"一種以人複製缺陷腺病毒為載體的重組新型冠狀病毒疫苗"的發明專利權通知書。該專利由軍科院生物工程研究所與公司聯合申請。於2020年9月，公司開始Ad5-nCoV的III期臨牀試驗。公司已與Petrovax簽訂協議，根據該協議，公司和Petrovax將共同推進在俄羅斯進行Ad5-nCoV的III期臨牀。公司和Petrovax已收到俄羅斯聯邦衞生部關於Ad5-nCoV的臨牀試驗申請批准，並在俄羅斯開始Ad5-nCoV的III期臨牀受試者入組。
於2021年2月1日，公司已完成Ad5-nCoV的III期臨牀試驗中期分析的病例累積，並已接獲獨立數據監察委員會的通知，在本次中期分析中，Ad5-nCoV成功達到預設的主要安全性及有效性標準。
於2021年2月9日，Ad5-nCoV已獲墨西哥聯邦衞生風險防護委員會的緊急使用授權，用於18歲及以上成人。於2021年2月16日，Ad5-nCoV已獲巴基斯坦藥品監督管理局的緊急使用授權。
於2021年2月21日，公司已正式向國家藥監局提交Ad5-nCoV的附條件上市申請，並獲得受理。於2021年2月25日，國家藥監局已批准Ad5-nCoV在中國大陸附條件上市。
於2021年3月22日，Ad5-nCoV已獲得匈牙利國家藥品與營養研究所(OGYéI)的緊急使用授權，且吸入用Ad5-nCoV的臨牀試驗申請已獲國家藥監局批准。
● 與輝瑞推廣MCV4產品曼海欣®
2020年7月，公司與輝瑞簽署推廣服務協議，據此，公司授予輝瑞在中國推廣公司MCV4產品曼海欣®的獨家權利。曼海欣®預期將在獲得新藥申請批准後正式推出。
● 其他在研疫苗的進展
公司於2020年上半年完成嬰幼兒用DTcP、DTcP加強疫苗、PCV13i的I期臨牀試驗入組及PBPV的Ia期臨牀試驗入組，並於2020年完成嬰幼兒用DTcP、DTcP加強疫苗、PCV13i各自的I期臨牀試驗及PBPV的Ia期臨牀試驗。
於2020年6月29日，食品藥品審核查驗中心宣佈對MCV2新藥申請許可證進行現場檢查的通知。截至目前，公司已通過現場檢查。
