新明中國(02699.HK):預計年度公司擁有人應占虧損不超10.7億元
格隆匯 3 月 27日丨新明中國(02699.HK)發佈公吿,預期集團截至2020年12月31日止年度錄得公司擁有人應占虧損不多於人民幣10.7億元。相較早前該等盈利警吿公吿所述,預期虧損金額的增加主要由於該年度若干已違約借款相關的利息罰款額外撥備約人民幣3.05億元所致。由於2021年2月刊發該等盈利警吿公吿時,管理層認為公司能夠續期或延遲償還尚未償還的借款,故存在一項額外撥備。然而,於本補充公吿日期,公司仍與現有借款人進行磋商,旨在訂立正式協議,修改並延長已違約借款的當前償還時間。
