儘管公司的客户遍及美國、德國、英國、日本及澳洲等20個國家及地區,但2020年的收入仍有所減少,原因是(其中包括)由於2020年一月新冠肺炎爆發導致實施隔離檢疫、封鎖及旅遊限制。疫情導致產品於公司的主要市場需求疲弱及售價降低。
