格隆匯 3 月 26日丨建設銀行(601939.SH)發佈2020年年度報吿，實現營業收入7558.58億元，同比增長7.12%；營業利潤3372.46億元，同比增長3.15%；歸屬於該行股東的淨利潤2710.5億元，同比增長1.62%；歸屬於該行普通股股東的淨利潤2654.26億元，同比增長1.01%；扣除非經常性損益後歸屬於該行股東的淨利潤2719.47億元，同比增長1.85%；基本和稀釋每股收益1.06元，董事會建議向全體股東派發2020年度現金股息，每股人民幣0.326元(含税)。
主要影響因素如下：(1)生息資產增長帶動利息淨收入實現平穩增長，利息淨收入較上年增加388.43億元，增幅7.23%。(2)手續費及佣金淨收入較上年增加36.84億元，增幅3.32%。(3)業務及管理費較上年下降0.12%，一般性開支有所下降。成本收入比25.12%，較上年下降1.41個百分點，繼續保持良好水平。(4)加大貸款和墊款損失準備計提力度，減值損失總額1,899.29億元，較上年增長16.15%。
利息淨收入5759.09億元，較上年增加388.43億元，增幅為7.23%；在營業收入中佔比為76.19%。受貸款市場報價利率(LPR)下行以及加大向實體經濟讓利力度等因素影響，貸款收益率下降；債券及存拆放收益率因市場利率下行低於去年，存款競爭激烈導致存款成本略有上升。淨利差為2.04%，同比下降12個基點；淨利息收益率為2.19%，同比下降13個基點。
資產負債規模實現較快增長，集團資產總額28.13萬億元，增幅10.60%；其中發放貸款和墊款淨額16.23萬億元，增幅11.62%。負債總額25.74萬億元，增幅10.96%；其中吸收存款20.61萬億元，增幅12.24%。主動加快風險暴露，集團不良率1.56%，較上年上升0.14個百分點。平均資產回報率1.02%，加權平均淨資產收益率12.12%，資本充足率17.06%。
