建业新生活(09983.HK)2020业绩：纯利大增82.3%，在管面积达1亿平方米
格隆汇 3 月 26日丨建业新生活(09983.HK)公布年度业绩，截至2020年12月31日止年度，公司收入为人民币26.545亿元，较2019年增加51.3%；年内毛利为人民币8.607亿元，较2019年增加49.4%，年内毛利率为32.4%，较2019年稍下降0.4个百分点；年内公司股东应占利润为人民币4.266亿元，较2019年增加82.3%，年内每股基本盈利为人民币0.38元，拟派末期股息每股18.0港仙。
截至2020年12月31日止，在管面积与合约面积分别较于2019年12月31日增长75.5%及62.7%，达到1亿平方米及1.866亿平方米。在管面积增长主要来源于建业集团及其联营公司或合资企业交付项目增加。
年内，物业管理及增值服务收入达人民币21.985亿元，较去年增加63.9%，该增长主要来源于(i)公司的总在管面积由2019年12月31日的5700万平方米增加至2020年12月31日的1亿平方米，导致物业管理收入增加；(ii)营销代理、智慧社区等增值服务的业务增加导致增值服务收入增加。
年内，物业管理服务收入达人民币8.603亿元，较去年增加45.2%，该增长主要来源于集团物业管理的在管面积由2019年12月31日的5700万平方米增加至2020年12月31日的1亿平方米，导致物业管理收入增加。
年内，生活服务收入达人民币3.664亿元，较去年增加18.7%，该增长主要来源于公司的建业+平台由2019年12月31日的约220万名注册用户增至2020年12月31日的约370万名注册用户，用户数量的增长及用户消费的增长导致收入的增长。
年内，商业资产管理及谘询服务收入达人民币8960万元，较去年下降14.5%，该下降主要是因为受新冠肺炎疫情影响，酒店管理及文化旅游综合体管理业务发展受限导致同年相比收入下降。
