格隆匯 3 月 26日丨東瀛遊(06882.HK)公吿,截至2020年12月31日止年度年度業績,公司實現收入約2.49億港元,同比減少85.5%;公司擁有人應占虧損1.09億港元,去年則盈利1400萬港元,盈轉虧;每股虧損21.65港仙。
經計及集團預測COVID-19疫情對其業務及財務表現的未來影響,董事會相信集團將有足夠營運資金維持2021年的營運,然而COVID-19疫情的持續時間及各個旅遊目的地將採取的措施存在高度不確定性因素,以致未能預料有關方面的影響,故COVID-19疫情的實際影響可能與該等預測有所不同。
儘管如此,集團將繼續盡最大努力於工作環境實施預防措施並制定應變計劃以維持其營運。與此同時,集團會持續監察旅遊限制、旅客隔離安排及其他預防措施,且積極應對以遵守適用法規及規則。
