徽商银行(03698.HK)建议延长A股发行方案有效期
格隆汇3月26日丨徽商银行(03698.HK)发布公告,A股发行方案已于2018年股东周年大会上以特别决议案方式获审议通过,并已于2019年股东周年大会上以特别决议案方式审议通过将A股发行方案的有效期延长12个月。鉴于A股发行相关工作仍在进行中,而A股发行方案载明的12个月有效期将于2021年6月29日届满,为确保A股发行工作能够继续开展,本行拟将A股发行方案的有效期自紧随原有效期届满后次日起延长12个月,即延长期限自2021年6月30日起至2022年6月29日止。
