《大行报告》瑞信升中海物业(02669.HK)评级至「跑赢大市」 目标价上调至6.65元
瑞信发表报告表示,中海物业(02669.HK)去年度纯利按年升30%至7亿元,高於该行及市场预期9%及5%,主因销售成本控制较佳及税率低於预期所带动。
报告又指,至去年底集团管理面积按年升20%,当中来自第三方合约面积按年升89%,管理层预期未来五年年复合增长率为30%。该行上调其今明两年盈利预测12%及16%,以反映成本下降及管理面积增长的因素,目标价由4.91元升至6.65元,评级由「中性」上调至「跑赢大市」。
