格隆匯 3 月 25日丨數字政通(300075.SZ)公佈,為擴大業務範圍,根據公司現階段的實際發展需要,公司擬在長春市投資設立長春數字政通科技有限公司。長春數字政通科技有限公司註冊資本2000萬元人民幣,公司使用自有資金認繳出資2000萬元人民幣,持股比例100%。
通過在長春設立該全資子公司,公司將以此為據點輻射東北區域全業務,並重點打造區域項目,為進一步增強公司的核心競爭能力,不斷提升公司可持續發展能力提供保障。
