莊園牧場(002910.SZ)：西安東方乳業產品“健舒清暢酸奶”抽檢不合格
格隆匯 3 月 25日丨莊園牧場(002910.SZ)公佈，2021年3月19日，國家市場監督管理總局網站發佈了《市場監管總局關於8批次食品抽檢不合格情況的通吿》〔2021年第13號〕，公司下屬全資子公司西安東方乳業有限公司(西安東方乳業)生產的健舒清暢酸奶(巴氏殺菌熱處理風味酸奶)出現在乳製品監督抽檢不合格產品信息中，基本情況如下：
公司相關説明如下：
(一)酸度偏低對人體的影響
乳製品酸度通常是指總酸度，包括自然酸度和發酵酸度，發酵乳在生產加工過程中會產生酸性物質，使產品酸度上升。健舒清暢酸奶(巴氏殺菌熱處理風味酸奶)為巴氏殺菌熱處理風味酸奶，屬於無菌包裝產品，酸度在《食品安全國家標準發酵乳》中為產品理化指標項目，屬非安全性微生物指標項目，酸度偏低只會影響產品的風味、口感，並不會對人體的健康安全產生不利影響。
(二)該批次產品分析及預防措施
經自查，被抽檢不合格產品健舒清暢酸奶的批次為2020年10月10日生產，當日共計生產健舒清暢酸奶4170盒(200克/盒)。由於健舒清暢酸奶屬於巴氏殺菌熱處理風味酸奶，生產工藝較普通酸奶複雜，且當日生產量較低，導致酸度指標控制未達標。公司已於2021年1月1日起停止該產品的生產。
公司及西安東方乳業對此次監督抽檢不合格情況高度重視，成立了由公司總經理為組長的不合格品召回、產生原因、問題分析及整改領導小組，並召集了銷售、生產、技術品控、供應、行政、運營等相關部門人員，針對該檢驗指標不合格問題召開分析討論會，對不合格的產生原因、形成過程等進行全面調查、分析，就不合格項目(酸度)對照標準及相關規定進行了整改，在此基礎上對公司各類別產品涉及的國標進行了對照和分析。西安東方乳業立即啟動《不合格品召回程序》，對2020年10月10日生產的商標為“健舒”、規格為“200ɡ/盒”、批次為“20201010”的健舒清暢酸奶產品實施召回工作。
涉及該批次產品銷售金額僅為人民幣7881.3元，佔公司最近一期經審計營業收入的的比重極低，此次事件對公司的生產經營、財務狀況和經營成果不會產生重大影響，目前公司生產經營一切正常。
