分眾傳媒(002027.SZ)業績快報：2020年淨利大增113.55%至40.04億元
格隆匯3月24日丨分眾傳媒(002027.SZ)披露2020年度業績快報，報吿期內，公司實現營業收入120.97億元，同比下降0.32%；營業利潤50.80億元，同比上升114.71%；利潤總額50.47億元，同比上升114.95%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤40.04億元，同比上升113.55%；基本每股收益0.2774元，同比上升114.04%；加權平均淨資產收益率為26.16%，同比增加12.40%。報吿期內，上述數據變動的主要原因是：
一、雖然受新冠肺炎疫情影響，國內廣吿市場需求在上半年度較去年同期有較大幅度下滑，但隨着國內宏觀經濟的整體回暖，新消費品賽道高速增長，眾多品牌引爆案例不僅讓公司在新消費行業的崛起浪潮中佔據了十分重要的位置，也大幅提高了客户對公司的認同度，提升了公司媒體資源的整體刊掛率。具體情況如下：
(1)公司影院媒體由於疫情期間全國影院暫停營業，2020年實現營業收入4.78億元，較上年同期減少75.90%。
(2)公司樓宇媒體的經營業績自2020年第二季度起快速反彈，全年實現營業收入115.76億元，較上年同期增長15.19%，其中第四季度收入38.95億元，較上年同期增長47.04%。
二、2020年度，公司營業成本較上年同期減少22.03億元，降幅為33.13%。主要是由於：
(1)疫情期間，各地影院停業未發生影院媒體租賃成本，2020年公司影院業務的租賃成本較上年大幅減少了10.39億元，降幅為81.73%；
(2)根據《財政部税務總局關於電影等行業税費支持政策的公吿》(財政部税務總局公吿2020年第25號)第三條規定，自2020年1月1日至2020年12月31日免徵文化事業建設費，而2019年6月30日以前營業税金及附加中的文化事業建設費為按營業收入增值税計費銷售額的3%徵收，2019年7月1日起根據國家有關優惠政策減半按1.5%徵收，故公司2020年營業税金及附加較去年減少2.19億元，降幅為77.39%。
三、2020年客户回款情況改善，導致公司信用減值損失同比減少52.02%。
報吿期末，公司總資產為216.41億元，較報吿期初增加28.73億元，增幅為15.31%；歸屬於上市公司股東的所有者權益為170.17億元，較報吿期初增加31.58億元，增幅為22.79%；歸屬於上市公司股東的每股淨資產為1.1789元，較報吿期初增加0.2188元，增幅為22.79%。
