格隆匯 3 月 23日丨永升生活服務(01995.HK)公佈,截至2020年12月31日止年度,公司收入約為人民幣31.196億元,同比增長66.1%;毛利約為人民幣9.795億元,同比76.4%;2020年毛利率為31.4%,同比上升1.8個百分點;公司擁有人應占溢利約為人民幣3.904億元,同比增長74.4%,基本每股盈利為人民幣0.2426元,擬派末期息每股0.0838港元。
集團把堅持快速擴大管理面積作為戰略目標之一,年內,其通過多輪驅動實現合約建築面積和在管建築面積的快速增長。於2020年12月31日,公司的合約建築面積約為1.812億平方米,合約項目數量985個,分別較2019年12月31日增長約63.9%及61.7%。於2020年12月31日,在管建築面積達到了約1.016億平方米,在管項目數量為638個,分別較2019年12月31日增長約56.0%及58.3%。
物業管理服務仍是集團的最大收入來源。於2020年,物業管理服務收入達約人民幣17.573億元,佔集團總收入56.4%。有關來自物業管理服務的收入增長主要得益自在管總建築面積快速增長。來自社區增值服務的收入由2019年的約人民幣4.823億元增長約63.8%至2020年的約人民幣7.899億元,主要是由於公司管理面積的增加致使客户羣不斷擴大,以及公司擴展所提供增值服務的範圍(例如美居服務、社區維修及設施維護保養服務),以滿足客户多樣化需求所致。來自對非業主的增值服務的收入由2019年的約人民幣3.246億元增加約76.1%至2020年的約人民幣5.717億元。來自對非業主的增值服務的收入有所增加,乃主要由於協銷服務、額外專項定製服務以及前期規劃及設計諮詢服務產生的收入增加所致。於年內,公司進一步加強與合作物業開發商的合作關係,並提供專業及優質服務。
