格隆匯 3 月 23日丨民生教育(01569.HK)公吿，截至2020年12月31日止年度的全年業績，公司實現收益11.07億元，同比增加10.1%；經調整EBITDA6.06億元，同比增加10.1%；母公司普通股權持有人應占每股盈利0.0318元。公司擬就截至2020年12月31日止年度宣派末期股息每股普通股1.07港仙。
集團乃中國領先的高等教育及職業教育集團，以科技賦能教育，推進普通高等教育與職業教育雙輪驅動，校園教育與在線教育協同發展，取得顯著成效。
校園教育方面，集團的學校網絡覆蓋重慶、山東、雲南、內蒙古、香港、新加坡、澳大利亞等地。截至2020年12月31日，集團在中國內地舉辦及╱或託管10所學校(包括7所高等學校、2所中職學校和1所高中)；在校學生總人數92,772名(其中科生佔比約61%)；提供豐富而優質的教學資源，集團旗下10所學校提供114個科招生專業，117個專科招生專業及4個碩士研究生培育建設專業。
境外投資3所高等學校，獲中國教育部及所在國家、地區教育監管部門認可，提供碩士、科及大專課程。在線教育方面，集團主要以北京、粵港澳大灣區為中心，發展運營電大在線遠程教育技術有限公司("電大在線")╱北京奧鵬遠程教育中心有限公司("奧鵬教育")、慕課網、都學網絡科技(北京)有限公司("都學網絡")╱MBAChina、絲綢路(北京)國際教育科技中心有限公司("絲綢路")╱HSK漢語水平考試網考平台、廣東民生在線教育科技有限公司("民生在線")等在線教育品牌，合併建立起復蓋專、碩學歷教育(包括網絡教育、開放教育及成人教育)、職業教育及培訓、教師繼續教育、漢語水平考試等領域的在線教育服務平台，其中包括全國最大的、也是唯一一家全國性的遠程教育公共服務平台，以及全國領先的管理類研究生聯考培訓及招生平台。
截至2020年12月31日，集團共有在線教育專科在籍學生約117萬人，職業教育用户2000多萬人，年培訓教師約290萬人；提供500多種網絡教育專科專業及90多種開放教育專科專業，以及1,300多門職業培訓課程；有遍佈全國31個省(自治區、直轄市)的1,800多家線下學習中心，構建起線上線下深度融合的學習場景。
