晨光生物(300138.SZ)擬369.6萬元轉讓晨光番茄40%股權予番茄家園
格隆匯 3 月 23日丨晨光生物(300138.SZ)公佈,公司基於業務發展的考慮,將公司持有的新疆晨光番茄製品有限公司(“晨光番茄”或“標的公司”)40%股權以人民幣369.6萬元轉讓給番茄家園食品有限公司(“番茄家園”),李熙華為受讓方應付股權轉讓款擔保。
根據業務發展規劃,公司決定將持有的晨光番茄40%股權轉讓給番茄家園。此次股權轉讓不會導致公司合併報表範圍發生變化,不會對公司的財務及經營狀況產生不利影響,不存在損害公司及全體股東利益的情形。
