格隆匯3月23日丨晶門半導體(02878.HK)發佈公吿,截至2020年12月31日止年度,公司銷售額上升約12.0%至1.21億美元;毛利為3580萬美元,躍升68.1%;毛利率為29.6%,增長9.9百分點;公司擁有人應占溢利淨額為1170萬美元,去年同期虧損2730萬美元,轉虧為盈;每股盈利為0.5美仙(3.9港仙),董事會建議派發2020末期股息為每股0.8港仙(約0.1美仙)。
2020年能夠轉虧為盈主要是由於(i)銷售產品種類分類組合轉變帶動平均毛利率及毛利總額上升;(ii)自2019年最後一個季度起推行的成本控制措施有效,令營運開支減少;及(iii)出售若干非流動資產而帶來了其他收入。
截至2020年12月31日止年度,集團整體訂單出貨比率為1.4(2019:1.1)。
