李克强:今年就业压力仍大 需要平衡好增长、收入、就业之间关系
国务院总理李克强3月22日晚在人民大会堂以视频方式会见出席中国发展高层论坛2021年年会的境外代表时表示,内地把今年预期目标设定为6%以上,不仅考虑到当前经济增长是恢复性的,要进一步巩固发展的基础,也是考虑同明年、後年的目标平稳衔接。6%以上并不低了,也是开了口子的,实际运行中可能会更高一些,目前不是在定计划,是引导预期。
他又强调,今年城镇新增劳动力约1,400万人,就业压力仍然很大,要保证1,100万人以上就业,将经济增速保持在合理区间,需要平衡好增长、收入、就业之间的关系,也不能以高耗能、高污染来换取经济增长。同时,还要努力提高市场主体的活跃度和效益,持续推动城镇化进程,释放巨大的内需潜力,增强消费对拉动经济的作用。(ta/w) ~
