华讯(00833.HK)年度预盈1.2亿港元 实现转亏为盈
格隆汇 3 月 22日丨华讯(00833.HK)发布公告,预期集团截至2020年12月31日止年度将录得净溢利约1.2亿港元,对比2019年年度录得的净亏损约2.6亿港元。
公告表示,自净亏损转为净溢利主要由于总销售收益自2019年年度的约12.61亿港元增加至该年度的约22亿港元;及2019年年度期间确认与出售集团的投资物业业务有关的金融资产减值亏损约3.75亿港元及已终止经营业务的溢利约7300万港元,而该年度期间则没有录得该等减值亏损及溢利。
