Visa承认正就扣账卡业务接受反垄断调查 股价跌逾6%
《华尔街日报》早前报道,美国司法部正调查Visa(V.US)是否有违反反垄断法。Visa其後发出的文件指,接获司法部通知对其扣账卡业务展开调查。
该报道指,美国司法部反垄断部门正调查Visa阻碍其商户在进行扣账支付时使用收费更低的支付网络。Visa於文件中表示,相信其业务合规并合法,将配合司法部调查。
报道刊出後,Visa股价跌幅大幅扩大,收市接近全日低位,跌6.2%至206.9美元,为2月下旬以来低位。
