聯誠精密(002921.SZ)：2020年淨利升55.36%至7192.72萬元 擬10轉3派4元
格隆匯3月19日丨聯誠精密(002921.SZ)披露2020年年度報吿，實現營業收入9.13億元，同比增長22.02%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤7192.72萬元，同比增長55.36%；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤6987萬元，同比增長81.54%；基本每股收益0.90元。擬向全體股東每10股派發現金紅利4元(含税)，以資本公積金向全體股東每10股轉增3股。
報吿期內，面對新冠疫情造成的出口業務下滑等諸多不利因素的影響，公司積極採取以下措施，促進業績逆勢增長。
(1)開拓國內市場訂單逐步釋放
公司始終重視國內市場開發，報吿期公司搶抓國內商用車和農機市場的增長機遇，充分發揮與大型國有企業等優質客户多年來建立的良好合作關係，依靠精準營銷、快速交付以及多年的技術積澱，報吿期內國內商用車、工程機械、農業機械零部件業務及新能源(光熱發電)零件業務銷售實現較大幅度增長。
(2)產品多行業全產業鏈佈局實現長期穩健發展
公司擁有包括模具製造、鑄造、精密加工和表面處理及最終性能檢測等完整的零部件製造體系，探索出跨行業、多客户、多品種、定製式商業模式，產品廣泛應用於商用車、工程/農業機械、液壓機械、商用空調、乘用車、新能源、環保設備及高鐵等行業和領域。產品多行業全產業鏈戰略佈局，有效規避了乘用車等單個行業下滑對公司業績的影響。
(3)優化產品結構提升盈利能力
公司始終堅持走高端路線，公司不斷加大新工藝新技術應用，持續優化產品結構，報吿期內高精度、高難度產品銷售佔比明顯提升，產品附加值和核心競爭能力得以進一步增強。
(4)智能製造效率提升
公司持續加大產能提升以及自動化改造等技改投入，引進業內領先水平的生產、檢測設備，並在鑄造、加工、清理打磨等環節實施機器換人等自動化改造，有效提升各生產環節的自動化、信息化和智能化水平，進一步提高生產效率、降低勞動強度，為實現綠色製造、智能製造奠定了堅實的基礎。
(5)精益生產持續改進
加強教育和培訓，強化組織領導，持續推行精益生產理念：通過建立示範線，確定管理樣板等方式，狠抓內部管理，降低內部損耗。加強過程控制，強化自檢、巡檢等檢測環節，提高產品質量和資源利用。優化生產工序，提高物流週轉效率，促進成本節約。通過精益生產持續有效推進，不斷提升公司的盈利能力。
