野村:重申長江基建(1038.HK)買入評級 目標價52.3港元
野村發表研究報吿指,長江基建集團(1038.HK)去年純利按年跌30%至73.2億港元,但每股派息按年微升0.6%至1.79港元,輕微高於預期,此舉反映出管理層對公司經常性現金流及資產負債表紀律的信心。野村維持長建目標價為52.3港元,重申買入評級。
野村預期,長建在可預見的未來中仍會保持較保守的資產負債表,為潛在的併購項目作預備,亦能保持派息增長。另外,野村認為,公司的股息率及長遠增長潛力,在風險報酬方面對投資者具吸引力。
