葉氏化工集團(00408.HK)年度純利增長11%至3.03億港元 末期息16港仙
格隆匯3月17日丨葉氏化工集團(00408.HK)公吿,截至2020年12月31日止年度,公司銷售額同比增長3%至約107.8億港元,銷售量亦同比增長8%至149萬噸;股東應占純利約3.03億港元,較去年同期增長11%。如撇除一次性項目,集團純利實際增幅逾五成;溶劑業務經營溢利錄得4.7億港元,較去年顯著增加70%,創下開業27年以來的最佳業績。
董事會建議派發期末股息每股16港仙,全年合共派息每股22港仙,較去年增長10%。期間資金運用繼續改善,借貸比率持續下降至31.1%,比對去年同期下跌1.9個百分點。
溶劑2020年度銷量錄得122萬噸及銷售額78.7億港元,分別增長8.5%及6.3%。銷售持續向好,特別是出口業務的銷量增長三成,突破30萬噸大關,也得力於泰興廠的新生產線,全面投入運作,確保前線有量作供貨。
