格隆匯3月16日丨博創科技(300548.SZ)披露2020年年度報吿，實現營業收入7.77億元，同比增長90.76%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤8845.89萬元，同比增長1036.48%；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤8122.24萬元，上年同期虧損277.28萬元；基本每股收益0.59元。
報吿期內，境內電信運營商加大10GPON網絡建設投入，互聯網企業數據中心建設持續發展，帶動公司10GPON光模塊和數據中心光模塊境內銷售快速增長。公司2020年實現境內銷售收入6.87億元，比上年同期增長95.35%，佔總銷售收入88.50%。報吿期內，境外客户的無源器件需求穩定，PON光模塊海外市場拓展取得成果。公司2020年實現境外銷售收入0.89億元，比上年同期增長61.49%，佔總銷售收入11.50%。
報吿期內，電信運營商升級傳輸網帶動DWDM器件升級換新，光無源器件產品實現銷售收入2.63億元，比上年同期增長16.30%，佔總銷售收入的33.92%。報吿期內，國內電信運營商10GPON網絡建設和互聯網企業數據中心建設持續投入，公司的PON光模塊和數據中心光模塊銷售實現同比快速增長，無線光模塊銷售實現突破。公司光有源器件產品實現銷售收入5.13億元，比上年同期增長184.14%，佔總銷售收入的66.08%。
報吿期內，公司持續保持研發投入，研發支出5392.75萬元，比上年同期增長44.19%，佔公司營業收入的6.94%。公司的多款新型DWDM器件、10GPON光模塊、數據通信用高速光模塊實現批量出貨。25G無線前傳硅光模塊通過客户測試認證，數據通信400G硅光模塊向境內外客户送樣測試結果良好。
受以下因素影響，報吿期淨利潤同比上升：
(1)公司營業收入7.77億元，較上年同期增長90.76%。
(2)受新產品逐步導入並形成規模銷售的影響，公司2020年毛利率較上年同期提升5.83個百分點。
(3)報吿期內計提股權激勵費用811.95萬元，上年同期計提股權激勵費用1,310.94萬元。
(4)報吿期內非經常性損益對淨利潤的影響為723.64萬元，主要系政府補助及閒置資金理財收益。上年同期非經常性損益對淨利潤影響為1055.64萬元。
