泛亚国际(06128.HK):预期年度股东应占亏损将增加
格隆汇 3 月 15日丨泛亚国际(06128.HK)公布,集团预期截至2020年12月31日止年度将录得股东应占亏损增加。因应集团的新方向,于报告期内,公司在石墨烯分部的推动下录得强劲增长。石墨烯分部为集团贡献收益约2.155亿港元,相较2019年度的1.541亿港元增加约40%。集团总收益增至约3.855亿港元,相较2019年度的3.139亿港元同比增长约23%。
公司已就集团采取的新举措录得若干成本增加,其中,融资成本主要关于收购及加强石墨烯分部,附加于年初有关新型冠状病毒病疫情挑战的一次性成本。由于该等额外成本,公司预期股东应占亏损将增加。
由于因应业务增长的有关承兑票据及其他借款,有关收购石墨烯分部的融资成本由2740万港元增加至约5100万港元。
此外,Covid-19爆发导致集团传统餐饮分部产生经营亏损及潜在一次性减值。
