新股配售 | 汽車之家-S一手中籤率35%，港股定價較美股折讓9.1%，無回撥
uSMART盈立智投3月12日消息，汽車之家-S公佈中籤結果，並將於今日16:15-18:30進行暗盤交易，打新黨一早醒來看到美股的收盤價，心情應該相當"愉悅"。
【配售小結】
①有一定的折價"安全墊"：汽車之家-S定價爲176.3港元，較美股最新收盤價(約194港元/普通股)折讓9.1%，安全墊較高。前面10只二次上市的股票，僅港股比美股溢價的百勝中國-S首日破發。
②無回撥，散戶佔比僅10%：隨着二次上市的股票越來越多，投資者對該類股票的"打新"漸趨理性，畢竟暗盤首日的打新套利，完全取決於上市前美股的走勢。汽車之家-S的公開認購僅10.71倍，無回撥，公開散戶佔比10%，散戶拋壓較小。
③甲尾不及乙頭：汽車之家-S一手中籤率35%，但要申購100手才能穩中1手，甲尾僅穩1爭2，而高一檔的乙頭則穩25手爭26手，uSMART曾多次提及，從歷史項目的分配結果看，寧做乙頭不做甲尾。
乙組中籤市值高達44萬-2740萬港元不等，整體打和點約1.4%左右，若按理論折價的空間，乙組或"怒賺”3萬-200萬港元不等。
④國配貨源集中：國配認購倍數4倍，合共110名承配人，最大承配人鎖定20.07%的發行股份，前25名承配人鎖定95%的發行股份，股權高度集中。
