基石控股(01592.HK)預期年度虧損3200萬至3600萬港元
格隆匯3月12日丨基石控股(01592.HK)發佈公吿,與2019年同期的利潤相比,公司預期截至2020年12月31日止年度收益將大幅減少50%以上,而股東應占純利將大幅減少。因此,預計集團將於截至2020年12月31日止年度錄得虧損淨額約3200萬港元至3600萬港元。
利潤減少及虧損淨額乃主要由於年內新型冠狀病毒病的影響惡化,導致大部分集團承接的石材供應及鋪砌服務項目進度延遲。因此,與2019年同期的毛利相比,集團預期錄得毛利減少約2400萬港元;及根據管理層的減值評估若干項目的合約資產,貿易應收款項及應收保固金的虧損撥備約2500萬港元。年內利潤減少已被行政開支大幅減少約1000萬港元所抵銷,主要由於僱員福利開支在集團的成本削減計劃下減少以及法律及專業費用減少所致。
