英洛華(000795.SZ)：2020年度淨利降28.36%至1.02億元
格隆匯3月12日丨英洛華(000795.SZ)披露2020年年度報吿，實現營業收入26.01億元，同比增長3.93%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤1.02億元，同比下降28.36%；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤6765.01萬元，同比下降44.71%；基本每股收益0.09元。
2020年，公司釹鐵硼磁性材料產業以市場需求為導向，以精益管理為基礎，以技術創新為動力，加大高端市場的開發力度，完成多項技術創新的研發，積極開拓新產品的應用領域，培育新的利潤增長點。公司實施稀土原材料的戰略採購，持續不斷推進項目管理，有效降低生產成本。公司在鞏固原有市場份額的基礎上，抓住風力發電、新能源汽車、節能家電和伺服電機發展的機遇，拓展伺服電機、汽車電機磁鋼、小家電市場；發展電子辦公電機磁體、家用電機磁體；加快IT類磁鋼二元化發展。同時提高服務水平，打造細分市場，建設專業化營銷隊伍，合力攻堅，精準定位，堅持穩中求進，推動創新、綠色、高質量發展。公司積極推進IT磁性組件生產線、智能小家電高端客户專用燒結釹鐵硼磁鋼生產線、重稀土晶界擴散等項目建設。公司通過做精益、求創新、降成本、抓機遇，擴大了風力發電領域市場份額，在壓縮機領域實現了突破。
公司在電機系列產品方面，以細分市場為導向，以精準定製為根本，以專利技術為核心，形成了包括電機、組件及整機OEM在內的較完整的產品線，並不斷提升智能製造解決方案的定製化服務水平。報吿期內，公司全資子公司聯宜電機由於計提信用減值準備和資產減值準備金額增加，出口業務匯兑損失增加等原因，導致經營業績下降。公司為了電機系列產品未來實現智能化發展，實施了車間物聯網方案，即時傳遞設備運行狀態，達到更精準的生產管理，保證產品品質，提升客户滿意度。公司繼續在電動輪椅代步車、自動門、智能小家電、清洗機器人、智能園林機械、太陽能追蹤系統、物流等幾個重要的細分行業精耕細作，與更多的行業龍頭客户建立合作關係。
2020年，由於受全球疫情的影響，公司子公司英洛華康復業務受到了較大的衝擊，國外市場出口貿易受阻，國內市場價格競爭激烈，業績出現下滑。英洛華康復以建立建全管理制度為基礎，根據實際情況重新規劃調整產品結構，改進、整合現有產品款式，大力發展內銷市場；同時開發具有競爭力的新產品吸引外銷市場，為後續發展儲備產品、修煉內功。報吿期內，公司研製的全碳纖維電動輪椅車及助行器，受到了國內外客户的好評。公司將康復器材產品運用於公益事業，組建“英洛華康復輪跑團”，幫助殘疾人跑友參加馬拉松賽事，做享受陽光生活的推動者。
2020年，子公司英洛華裝備面對行業發展低迷的態勢，銷售收入大幅下降，加之固定成本比重大，公司整體業績受到較大影響。為了改善現有生產經營狀態，公司積極轉變經營策略，對內加強流程改造，進一步加快產能拓展；對外加大市場拓展力度，加快對高附加值、多元化產品體系的開發，為後續的發展夯實基礎。
