GHW INTL(09933.HK)預計年度由盈轉虧600萬元
格隆匯3月12日丨GHW INTL(09933.HK)發佈公吿,公司預計截至 2020年12月31日止年度將錄得公司擁有人應占虧損約為人民幣600萬元,而截至2019年12月31日止年度所錄得公司擁有人應占溢利約為人民幣2900萬元。
截至2020年12月31日止年度,公司擁有人應占預期虧損主要來自以下各項:(i)銷售及分銷開支大幅增加,乃主要由於在新冠病毒病疫情下,本地及國際物流成本(包括運輸、港口費用、存儲及航運成本)急劇增加,同時年內動物營業化學品(尤其是氯化膽礆)及聚甲基二苯基二異氰酸酯的銷量亦有所增加;(ii)年內集團錄得匯兑虧損淨額,相比之下於截至2019年12月31日止年度則錄得匯兑收益淨額,乃主要因美元兑人民幣貶值所致;及(iii) 財務費用增加,乃由於年內平均銀行及其他借款結餘,包括向銀行貼現的銀行發行應收票據,增加所致。
