和勝股份(002824.SZ)：子公司擬簽署和勝新能源汽車高端部件項目投資合同
格隆匯3月11日丨和勝股份(002824.SZ)公佈，根據公司經營發展需要，公司全資子公司安徽和勝新能源汽車部件有限公司(“安徽和勝”或“乙方”)擬在馬鞍山經濟技術區(示範園區)投資建設和勝新能源汽車高端部件項目，進行電池箱體、鋁殼、電芯、模組零件、車身部件等的研發製造，預計項目總投資約10億元。安徽和勝與馬鞍山經濟技術開發區管理委員會(“甲方”)擬就上述項目簽訂《投資合同》及其《補充協議》。
項目名稱：和勝新能源汽車高端部件項目(具體以項目備案批文為準)；項目投資總額：預計項目總投資約10億元人民幣；項目內容：前期租賃約15000平方米過渡廠房，新增電池箱體和鋁殼生產線，後期供地約171畝，新增電池箱體、鋁殼、車身部件生產線等，建設年產100萬套電池箱體、車身部件和電芯、模組零件研發製造基地。項目全部建成達產後，預計可實現年銷售收入17億元，年納税約7000萬元。項目建設投產週期：前期租賃廠房於2021年3月底前投產；供地項目於2022年9月底前拿地，2023年開始陸續投產。若在約定期限內，未按照規劃設計方案完成建設，則甲方有權無條件收回閒置的項目用地。
甲方同意在乙方符合甲方獎勵標準的情形下，對乙方租賃使用的廠房予以租金補貼；在乙方符合申請條件的前提下，甲方積極協助乙方按有關文件精神申請相關資金支持和獎勵補貼等；為保障項目順利實施，乙方同意向甲方支付項目用地競標履約保證金100萬元，該保證金後續將視情形退返。
隨着國家政策對新能源汽車行業的扶持和鼓勵，中國新能源汽車產業蓬勃發展。2020年11月,國務院辦公廳正式發佈《新能源汽車產業發展規劃(2021-2035年)》，明確了下一階段新能源汽車產業的發展目標和實施路徑，為新能源汽車產業的穩速發展打入一劑強心針。
在行業發展趨勢和產業政策利好的情況下，公司制定了“進駐汽車行業，從原材料供應商向零部件供應商轉型”的戰略發展方向。長三角地區汽車行業產業鏈集中，行業上下游企業聚集，十分適合汽車零部件業務的發展。此次在馬鞍山經濟技術區(示範園區)投資建設和勝新能源汽車高端部件項目，進行電池箱體、鋁殼、電芯、模組零件、車身部件等的研發製造，有助於就近配套客户交付產品，整合上下游供應鏈資源，降低採購成本；同時藉助當地的政策及產業配套優勢，進一步增強公司在汽車零部件領域的優勢，擴大先進產能規模，提升公司盈利能力及綜合競爭力，符合公司的長遠發展規劃。
