華微電子(600360.SH):向渤海銀行長春分行申請借款1億元 以部分土地及房屋抵押
格隆匯 3 月 11日丨華微電子(600360.SH)公佈,2021年3月11日,公司第七屆董事會第二十五次會議審議通過《吉林華微電子股份有限公司關於將部分土地及房屋抵押貸款的議案》,公司向渤海銀行股份有限公司長春分行申請借款人民幣1億元,貸款期限為1年,由公司提供產權清晰的土地和房屋作為抵押擔保。董事會同意公司與渤海銀行股份有限公司長春分行簽訂總額為人民幣1億元的《最高額抵押協議》,公司董事會授權公司法定代表人或法定代表人指定的授權代理人在上述授信額度範圍內代表公司辦理相關手續,簽署相關協議及文件。現就相關事宜公吿如下:
公司位於吉林市高新區長江街100號的部分土地及房產【吉林市不動產登記中心頒發的不動產權證書為“吉(2019)吉林市不動產權第0042055號”、“吉(2019)吉林市不動產權第0042035號”、“吉(2019)吉林市不動產權第0042066號”、“吉(2019)吉林市不動產權第0042063號”、“吉(2019)吉林市不動產權第0042050號”、“吉(2019)吉林市不動產權第0042039號”、“吉(2019)吉林市不動產權第0042061號”、“吉(2019)吉林市不動產權第0042067號”、“吉(2019)吉林市不動產權第0042030號”、“吉(2019)吉林市不動產權第0042065號”、“吉(2019)吉林市不動產權第0042059號”、“吉(2019)吉林市不動產權第0042042號”、“吉(2019)吉林市不動產權第0042031號”】共有宗地面積51,818.97平方米,房屋建築面積21,077.42平方米;位於高新區深圳街99號的部分土地及房產【吉林市不動產登記中心頒發的不動產權證書為“吉(2019)吉林市不動產權第0042069號”、“吉(2019)吉林市不動產權第0042068號”、“吉(2019)吉林市不動產權第0042056號”】共有宗地面積21,716.22平方米,房屋建築面積4,182.35平方米;位於昌邑區吉林大街江城化工總廠北綜合樓3-B軸A-J軸的部分房產及土地【吉林市不動產登記中心頒發的不動產權證書為“吉(2019)吉林市不動產權第0042033號”】共有宗地面積2,077.54平方米,房屋建築面積951.14平方米,抵押給渤海銀行股份有限公司長春分行作為貸款人民幣100,000,000.00元的擔保,擔保期限1年。上述土地和房屋抵押期限2年,在抵押期間可循環進行貸款擔保。
