《大行报告》汇丰研究上调九仓(00004.HK)目标价至19.7元 评级「持有」
汇丰研究发表报告表示,九仓(00004.HK)去年下半年业绩强劲,录得基本利润为42亿元,相对於上半年录蚀11亿元,其盈利表现逆转及派息大致符预期。
该行又指,九仓去年来自股票投资之收益最令市场惊喜,但认为如果公司将资金分配给拥有良好成功记录的核心房地产业务,对其前景更感乐观,又相信其现价已反映复苏的预期,短期内缺乏股价催化剂。
该行上调其2021至2022年度盈利预测1%至8%,目标价由18.2元升至19.7元,维持「持有」评级。
