《大行报告》汇丰研究上调港铁(00066.HK)目标价至46.3元 评级「持有」
汇丰研究发表的报告指,港铁公司(00066.HK)将在3月11日公布业绩,公司表现弱势加上下半年盈利大跌相信市场早有预期,而去年下半年未有物业销售入帐,本地乘客服务弱亦料拖累盈利表现,估计公司将维持全年派息,认为最差情况已大致过去,不过短期股价仍缺催化剂,维持「持有」评级,目标价由42.7元升至46.3元。
该行指出虽然对其物业发展业务前景有信心,不过香港运输服务方面仍存在挑战,维持对本地服务审慎看法,认为或需更长时间复苏。该行指出去年下半年日均客流仅较上半年升5.2%至350万,按年仍跌20.8%,港铁不太可能提升票价抵销客流下降的影响,而在票价调整机制下,票价大致跟随物价及薪金调整,而受本地经济衰退影响两者均呈弱势。
