格隆匯3月4日丨九龍倉置業(01997.HK)公佈2020年全年業績,集團收入減少3%至155.15億港元;營業盈利減少22%至99.73億港元;基礎淨盈利減少24%至74.77億港元;若計入投資物業重估虧損淨額137.65億港元,公司股東應占虧損為78.54億港元,而上年同期為盈利39.28億港元;每股基本虧損2.59港元,宣派第二次中期股息每股0.69港元,連同第一次中期股息每股0.78港元,全年合共派息每股1.47港元。
2020年海港城(包括酒店)的總收入下跌25%至86.74億港元(2019年:115.77億港元),營業盈利下跌29%至67.30億港元(2019年:94.47億港元),佔集團收入56%(2019年:72%)及集團營業盈利67%(2019年:74%)。
