飛鹿股份(300665.SZ)與華潤置地簽署2021-2022年度防水材料戰略採購合作協議
格隆匯 3 月 2日丨飛鹿股份(300665.SZ)公佈，2021年2月4日，公司簽署《2021-2022年度防水材料戰略採購合作協議》(“《戰略採購合作協議》”)並寄往華潤置地，因華潤置地審批程序及2021農曆春節假期原因，公司於2021年3月1日收到華潤置地簽署正式生效的《戰略採購合作協議》。合作內容如下：
甲方：華潤置地有限公司；乙方：株洲飛鹿高新材料技術股份有限公司
1、甲方制定乙方為防水材料(下稱“產品”)的戰略供應商，適用範圍：全檔次全業態項目的防水材料產品的供應，作為建築工程施工總承包單位的甲供材料。甲方或其下屬公司、控股公司或具有經營權的公司(以下合稱“甲方下屬公司”)可根據在建工程的需要選擇乙方，或其指定供應商按本協議採購範圍和價格提供的產品；甲方或甲方下屬公司代建及與他方合作的項目亦有權按本協議價格選用乙方產品。
2、乙方或其指定供應商向甲方供應的物料/設備的品牌均為“飛鹿”(塗料)及“湘耐滲”(卷材)。
3、協議期限：從甲方確定中標人後至2022年12月31日。
4、本協議合作區域為：我司(甲方)華東大區、華南大區、華西大區、華中大區，同時為華北大區和東北大區的備用單位。
公司與華潤置地就其 2021-2022年度防水材料的採購簽署《戰略採購協議》，進一步深化雙方合作，表明公司的產品性能、施工技術、質量管理、營銷服務等管理和技術水平受到國內大型房地產開發企業的認可，有利於公司推動與其他大型房地產開發企業的商務洽談、建立合作，有利於進一步提升公司的品牌形象及市場影響力，提高公司產品的品牌知名度及市場份額，有助於提升公司面向民用建築防水市場的市場競爭力，將幫助公司獲得更多業務機會，實現更好的經濟效益，對公司未來發展具有積極影響。此次簽署合同為戰略性框架協議，不涉及具體訂單數量及總金額，對本年及未來年度財務狀況、經營成果影響以未來實際簽署的採購合同為準。
