港股異動 | 華虹半導體盤中漲超10%，半導體行業引多家機構重點關注
uSMART盈立智投3月1日消息，港股今日開盤，半導體板塊走高，截至11:30分,華虹半導體(01347.HK)盤中漲超10%，中芯國際（00981）盤中漲超5%，上海復旦（01385.HK)漲超3.5%。摩根士丹利發表報告指，將$中芯國際(00981.HK)$評級，由「與大市同步」升至「增持」，目標價由23.8港元升至31.8港元。

工信部：加大芯片企業減稅力度
工信部部長肖亞慶稱，對於芯片產業的高質量發展，主要有幾項措施。一是加大企業減稅力度。對於集成電路企業自獲利年度開始減免企業所得稅。二是在基礎方面進一步加強提升。芯片涉及到基礎問題比較多，有材料、工藝、設備，涉及比較長的產業鏈。只有把基礎打紮實了，芯片產業才能不斷創新和發展。另外，集成電路產業本身也需要很好的生態環境，搭建平臺，能夠在產業鏈上形成互補、互相支撐非常關鍵。
機構研報
中信證券：給予目標價38.70港元，維持「買入」評級
中信發表研究報告表示，中芯國際在被列入實體清單後短期運營正常開展，海外供應商在近期有較大概率取得美國商務部發放的針對公司10nm以上製程的供貨許可證。雖然先進製程受阻，但是中芯國際策略或轉向成熟製程，北京新廠（中芯京城）首棟廠房有望2022年快速投產，同時市場預期處於低位，估值顯著低於同行，未來ROE有望轉好。
預計中芯國際將持續受益國產替代。考慮上述情況疊加未來政府項目資金有望持續，我們維持公司2021~2023年淨利潤預測至4.87億/5.53億/7.28億美元，對應2021~2023年EPS預測爲0.48/0.55/0.72港元，每股淨資產15.48/15.99/16.66港元，給予目標價38.70港元，維持「買入」評級。

中芯國際：斥資500億建設12英寸晶圓製造基地
據悉，中芯國際聯合國家集成電路產業投資基金和北京亦莊國際投資發展有限公司，成立了一座中芯京城集成電路製造公司。註冊資本達到了50億美元。而中芯京城集成電路製造公司旗下有重大晶圓廠建設項目，總投資高達500億元左右。
在項目建設中，一共分爲兩期建設，一期項目計劃在2024年完成，屆時中芯國際將擁有一座每月10萬片產能的12英寸晶圓製造基地。目前僅一期項目的建設規劃地基就有24萬平方米。這座位於北京的晶圓廠建設完成後，中芯國際的實力和市場份額地位還會大大提升。。
