格隆匯 3 月 1日丨特變電工(600089.SH)公佈,為抓住全球光伏產業快速發展機遇,進一步增強公司新能源產業的核心競爭力,提升盈利能力,公司控股子公司新特能源股份有限公司(“新特能源”)以其全資子公司內蒙古新特硅材料有限公司(“內蒙古硅材料公司”)為主體,在內蒙古自治區包頭市土默特右旗(“土右旗”)新型工業園區山格架化工園區投資建設10萬噸多晶硅項目。該項目總投資為87.99億元(含增值税,含全部流動資金)。
