《大行報告》高盛上調東亞(00023.HK)目標價至17.5元 評級「中性」
高盛發表的研究報告指,東亞銀行(00023.HK)去年下半年每股盈利較該行預測高3%,不過淨利息收入則較預期差9%,相關因素被非利息收入較高所抵銷,撥備前利潤則符預期,而開支亦有較好管控。
該行將東亞2021-23年每股盈測分別升2%、2%及0%,以反映去年下半年淨息差較低,加上非利息業務增長強勁等,目標價17.2元升至17.5元,評級維持「中性」。該行認為未來潛在上行風險包括併購,東亞是少數未被收購的本地銀行,而併購或會帶動估值擴張。另一方面內地零售市場份額提升亦是潛在上行因素,假如較快轉向利潤較高的內地零售業務,有望推動短期盈利表現。潛在下行風險則包括信貸轉差及宏觀經濟放慢等。(el/k) ~
