格隆汇 2 月 28日丨蓝盾光电(300862.SZ)披露2020年年度报告，实现营业收入7.15亿元，同比减少8.18%；归属于母公司所有者的净利润1.30亿元，同比减少14.90%；归属于母公司所有者的扣除非经常性损益的净利润1.01亿元，同比减少20.08%；基本每股收益1.18元。
主要的业绩驱动因素
1、国家政策的出台对公司业绩的驱动
打赢蓝天保卫战，是党的十九大作出的重大决策部署，事关满足人民日益增长的美好生活需要，事关全面建成小康社会，事关经济高质量发展和美丽中国建设。2020年，各地政府按照党中央、国务院决策部署，提高政治站位，持续开展秋冬季大气污染综合治理攻坚行动，确保如期完成打赢蓝天保卫战既定目标任务。2020年也是十三五收官之年，各地政府和企业面临环境治理成效考核压力，环境监测需求相应增加，市场增长空间较大。2020年，生态环境部印发《关于推进生态环境监测体系与监测能力现代化的若干意见(征求意见稿)》，中共中央办公厅、国务院办公厅发布《关于构建现代环境治理体系的指导意见》，上述行业政策的实施，将进一步推动行业技术水平的提升，也驱动了公司环境监测领域业绩的增长。
2、新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情对公司业绩的影响
2020年1月，中国爆发了新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情，为及时阻断疫情，国内实施了一系列严格的防疫管控措施，影响了公司、供应商及客户春节假期后的正常复工复产安排。公司主要客户为政府环保、公安、气象等部门，公司仪器设备及系统、系统集成及工程业务在安装调试完毕，并取得客户验收确认的单据后确认收入。疫情发生以来，受差旅控制的影响，公司部分项目的实施进度延迟；受政府环保、公安、气象等部门投入疫情防控的影响，公司部分项目未能按期验收，使得公司2020年一季度业绩较上年同期出现一定幅度的下降。
