格隆匯 2 月 26日丨超華科技(002288.SZ)披露2020年年度報吿，營業收入12.78億元；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤2146.89萬元，同比增長16.03%；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤3555.47萬元，同比增長6.47%；基本每股收益0.0230元。
1.銅箔產能大幅提升，新項目加速推進
2020年11月26日，公司在梅州隆重舉行了“年產8000噸高精度電子銅箔項目二期”投產儀式、“年產600萬張高端芯板項目”開工儀式及“年產2萬噸高精度超薄鋰電銅箔項目”培土儀式。銅箔二期項目投產後，公司銅箔產能已達2萬噸，銅箔產能大幅提升67%，銅箔產能位居國內前列。公司並加速推進鋰電銅箔、高端芯板項目進度。2021年，公司與玉林市政府達成投資合作意向，擬投資122.6億元在廣西玉林建設年產10萬噸高精度電子銅箔和年產1000萬張高端芯板項目，並與廣西玉林市政府共同探索、創新了一條“產業、政策、資本”三位一體、封閉式管理的、以代建為主的合作模式。項目建成後，將成為全球最大產能和最先進的電子銅箔單體生產基地。通過上述項目的實施，公司將快速增加RTF、VLP、HVLP銅箔、超薄、極薄、高抗拉鋰電銅箔、高頻高速覆銅板等高端產品產能、完善產品結構，顯著帶動公司整體制程能力和工藝水平提升，夯實行業領先地位。
2.高端產品再獲突破，產品性能持續提升
隨着5G、IDC、新能源汽車、儲能、智能駕駛等下游行業高速增長，下游需求不斷升級迭代，為把握市場機遇，保持產品領先水平，公司不斷加大研發投入力度，加快推進新產品的研發進度。公司前期成功開發用於5G通訊的RTF銅箔的已實現量產。報吿期內，VLP銅箔已小規模生產，並持續推動量產進度；此外，公司在鋰電銅箔領域已成功開發了4.5μm鋰電銅箔產品，產品性能已滿足市場高端產品的要求。6μm高強、高延展鋰電銅箔再取得性能突破，並持續對HVLP銅箔、NP銅箔新晶型產業化研究，公司產品性能得到快速提升，大幅提升產品核心競爭力。
