雙運控股(01706.HK):預計年度綜合溢利減少95%
格隆匯 2 月 26日丨雙運控股(01706.HK)發佈公吿,集團預期截至2020年12月31日止年度錄得的綜合溢利將較去年同期財政期間錄得的溢利減少約95%。
有關預期減少因素包括:2020年初全球爆發新型冠狀病毒疫情產生的重大不利影響,因為新加坡政府由2020年4月7日起至2020年6月1日實施病毒阻斷措施,以避免新型冠狀病毒於新加坡當地散播,故本集團大部分項目於病毒阻斷期間暫停施工。病毒阻斷期間後,集團營運未能回覆至正常水平,因為在新加坡建設局的規管下,新加坡的建築工程分階段逐步重啟。因此,集團於截至2020年12月31日止年度原本預期於病毒阻斷期間後開展的項目因受到COVID-19爆發影響而進一步延遲。
