澳达控股(09929.HK)预计年度亏损不少于1900万澳门元
格隆汇 2 月 26日丨澳达控股(09929.HK)公布,预计集团截至2020年12月31日止年度将会录得不少于1900万澳门元的亏损净额,而截至2019年12月31日止年度则录得溢利净额约2030万澳门元。
集团截至2020年12月31日止年度的业绩预期下降乃主要由于集团的收入减少超过1.30亿澳门元,此乃由于下列原因:(i)COVID-19疫情空前爆发及澳门政府其後实施之检疫措施,导致集团大部分正在进行中之项目被推迟,及截至2020年12月31日止年度之合约工程总量减少;及(ii)自2020年第三季度起暂停一个正在进行中之主要项目,原因为项目雇主有意于COVID-19大流行环境下保留更多可用现金。
尽管如此,集团拥有强劲的净现金状况,且并无银行借贷,故董事会认为,集团的财务状况仍然稳健。
