格隆匯 2 月 25日丨網易-Ｓ(09999.HK)公吿，2020年第四季度主要財務業績：淨收入為人民幣198億元(30億美元)，同比增加25.6%。在線遊戲服務淨收入為人民幣134億元(21億美元)，同比增加15.5%。有道淨收入為人民幣11億元，同比增加169.7%。創新及其他業務淨收入為人民幣53億元，同比增加41.3%。毛利潤為人民幣99億元(15億美元)，同比增加20.9%。營業費用合計為人民幣69億元(11億美元)，同比增加32.1%。
歸屬於公司股東的持續經營淨利潤為人民幣9.76億元，其中，淨匯兑損失為人民幣18億元，淨投資損失為人民幣2.7億元。非公認會計准則下歸屬於公司股東的持續經營淨利潤為人民幣16億元。
基本每股持續經營淨利潤為0.04美元，基本每股美國存托股持續經營淨利潤為0.22美元。非公認會計准則下基本每股持續經營淨利潤為0.07美元，非公認會計准則下基本每股美國存托股持續經營淨利潤為0.36美元。
2020年第四季度和2021年初運營要點：在中國市場推出了一系列新遊戲，繼續擴大用户規模和豐富遊戲產品線：
《天諭》手遊於2021年1月上線後，備受矚目，迅速登頂中國iOS下載榜。其他新品包括：《時空中的繪旅人》、《黑潮上》、《幻書啟世錄》和《遊戲王：決鬥鏈接》等。多款手遊產品繼續保持高人氣，在過去幾個月中，《夢幻西遊》和《大話西遊》手遊、《率土濱》和《明日後》等遊戲均躋身中國iOS暢銷榜前列。網易遊戲的國際影響力進一步加深，在第四季度《荒野行動》多次登頂日本iOS暢銷榜。
即將推出的新品還包括：《忘川風華錄》、《無盡的拉格朗日》、《哈利波特：魔法覺醒》、《TheLordoftheRings:RisetoWar》、《超激鬥夢境》、《倩女幽魂隱世錄》、《暗黑破壞神：不朽》和《寶可夢大探險》等。
有道學習服務和學習產品業務繼續保持強勁增長勢頭，第四季度其淨收入同比增長分別為198.8%和253.8%，經營活動淨現金流入約為人民幣129.0百萬元。
