雪榕生物(300511.SZ):控股股東擬向公司提供不超1.5億元無息借款
格隆匯2月25日丨雪榕生物(300511.SZ)公佈,公司召開第四屆董事會第十二次會議,審議通過《關於控股股東向公司提供無息借款的議案》
為支持公司的發展,滿足公司日常經營資金需求,提高融資效率,公司控股股東楊勇萍計劃向公司及公司控股子公司提供總金額不超過人民幣1.5億元(實際借款金額以到賬金額為準)的無息借款,用於補充公司營運資金。借款期限為自本次董事會會議審議通過之日起一年內有效。公司可根據流動資金需要分批借款,並可在規定的期限及額度內循環使用以上借款。
