仲量联行:东九五幅商业地转住宅 纾缓私宅地紧张
就政府今天公布的《财政预算案》,仲量联行估价谘询部资深董事周若瑜回应称,启德发展区为过去数年政府卖地的主要供应来源,政府刚於本月售出启德发展区跑道及港铁站附近地段最後一幅住宅地,加上政府自2018年起调整公私型住宅供应的比例,未来可发展私人住宅的土地供应将更形紧绌,若政府将东九龙五幅商业地皮转作住宅地,有助纾缓私人住宅用地不足的燃眉之急。然而,为香港长远的健康发展,政府应确保香港有足够的土地供应作商业发展,而非集中发展住宅。
